Spring is here... For a short time at least

It was 27°C today, it felt properly like summer. My lovely garden has began to explode with life and colour. Spring means that the tulips have bloomed. My mum wasn't too pleased that the lovely variety of colour she had planted last year had all came up red but they're lovely all the same. 

I had nothing to do all day so I sat outside in the shade of the shed and sipped on cold squash and ice, as my poor cats came and lounged next to me. I can't imagine being in this weather in a fur coat. I'm sure its just an odd weather blip and we'll be back to the usual rain and jumpers in no time.
